Pikliz is Crunchy and spicy, pikliz is a typical Haitian condiment, mainly composed of julienned white cabbage and carrots pickled and other spices. You will pikliz at every Haitian party. 

Cremas, also spelled kremas, it is one of the celebration drink for Haitians. Traditionally we make it for holidays, communion, and wedding.  It is a mix of condensed and evaporated milk, which is enhanced with cream of coconut, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla extract, lime, white sugar and of course some Haitian rhum barbancourt. Enjoy a combination of both.
